The Tavares Varsity Girls, Varsity Boys, and JV teams all won at the
2009 Lake County Cross-Country Championship at Hickory Point
All three Tavares
teams swept the 2009 Lake County Cross-Country Championships at
Hickory Point. Tavares defeated nine other middle schools
to win their third consecutive county championship. The
Patriots' varsity teams have won an astonishing 32 of the 40
cross-country races over the past four years.
